• The minimum age requirement for access to Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa is 16 years.
• If you are pregnant, we welcome you to enjoy our Pregnancy Massage and a selection of nourishing Facial Treatments.
• For your comfort and safety, bathing experiences are not available during pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% charge.
• A 3% cancellation fee may apply.
